Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Usually 24-48 hours.



Question: Do you also deliver to packing stations?

Answer: Yes, we also deliver to packing stations, post offices and parcel shops.



Question: Which shipping company is used?

Answer: Usually DHL, in exceptional cases also GLS, especially for heavy parcels or shipments to Austria.



Question: How long does it take to process my order? (Period between order and dispatch)

Answer: Usually a few hours (Mon-Sat) for items that are in stock.



Question: Do you also ship via UPS, Hermes, DPD, TNT, Transoflex?

Answer: No.



Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world. The online shop currently only supports Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you come from another country, please order by email to info@nailclub-berlin.de



Can you get your products elsewhere?

Yes, you can also get all of our products on Amazon and a small selection on Ebay. We recommend buying through our online shop. There are no or only very minor price differences.



Can I also pick up my order (pickup)?

Yes, you can pick up your order a few hours after placing your order in Berlin, even on the same day. Please give notice of your collection by calling 030/9799 26187.



I am a foreign commercial buyer. Do I have to pay VAT?

No, if you have a sales tax ID and enter it when ordering, no sales tax / sales tax will be charged. Please note that in this case you have to pay the tax to the tax office in your country.



Do your products comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation?

Yes, all Nailclub products were produced in Germany, comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation and contain no substances that are harmful to health.

Yes, please ask for the safety data sheet by email, stating the product or the order number.
