Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.39 per order.

From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad : < br />
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

All EU countries: 10.90 EUR
Switzerland: 14.90 EUR

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 2 - 4 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed after the time of your payment order).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

- Cash on collection
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee 3.99 €)
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal Express
- Payment by invoice
- Payment by instant
- Purchase on account (only for regular customers )

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying on account.
